I am a passionate and focused development chef with considerable experience and a proven track record of innovation, bringing products and recipes from initial concept through to the final product on the shelves.

Working with all the major food retailers, I have developed a substantial network of contacts and an understanding of how they work and what they are looking for.

I have excellent presentation skills and regularly act as the face of companies showcasing products through the development stages and final sign off.

I am experienced working across all elements of product development and the food manufacturing process, supporting a team of sample makers, food technologists and the wider factory production.  As a Chef Consultant I can help you:

  • To horizon scan the food industry to ensure your business is on trend and future trend influences are captured in concepts and product design;
  • Provide creative food leadership within the business units, challenging and pushing boundaries of conventional development to deliver innovative and differentiated products;
  • Build and developing relationships with key customer contacts to drive the development of market leading products;
  • Provide expertise and information to the immediate and broader business to embed innovation and creativity;
  • Ensure kitchen activities align with the product development, marketing and commercial teams to deliver the product development strategy;
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure that across the team people are kept safe, engaged, focused, developed and delivering their potential.
